The Under-Confidence Epidemic

Our lives are filled with things that scare us and part of the reason we find ourselves covered in this constant fear of failure is because  of our under-confidence in ourselves.I am calling this the age of doubt, the epidemic of Under-Confidence, that is causing everyone to stray away from the adventure of a lifetime lifestyle that once was so sought after.

It is quite easy,in our day and age, to look out your window at all of the things you are expected to do in your life or  ,even in just one day, and think to yourself ,” I will never be able to accomplish all of this.”This is an easy pattern to slip into, day after day, not believing that you are capable of pulling through the sludge of things you have to get done that day. This is how we are raised, not to be over-confident and prideful of ourselves, but the problem becomes that we underestimate our abilities and end up cowering in fear. The question becomes,How do we fix this damaging situation? How do we change a way of approaching life that has been ingrained in us through culture, society and our own subconscious?

This is my way of debugging the situation. It starts with ridding ourselves of current Under-Confident thoughts that may be holding us back and then by vaccinating against a future outbreak. The best way to start ridding yourself of Under-Confidence is to figure out what it is you doubt yourself about. Then to show yourself how you are wrong.Do not let the voices in your head rule over you. There are always those negative voices telling you that you are incapable of great things. They are never right. Remember that. Next, begin integrating this habit of positive affirmation into your life. Through positive affirmation you will build up your immune system against the forces of Under-Confidence.Only though beginning to build up immunity against Under-Confidence can we destroy this epidemic that has spread throughout our world.

Believing in yourself.

Trust in your abilities.

-Wishing you the most Confident of days , Eva

Yoga intructers as well. I grew up on a farm and can't,t wait to move back to the country in my tiny house I have already planned out. Sometimes I'm a little melodramatic but rarely.
