12 Stages of tired ( Stage 11)

I am so tired, I must be drunk.

We are almost there, to stage 12, and now you can see the evolution of tired through the lenses of a teetering drunk. Sometimes you just need sleep so bad that you tumble around on your two legs, singing songs slurred, in a state of delirium. Often times this state is accompanied by the glare and confused, judgement stares of those around you. Many may even dare to ask you, ” Are you drunk?” The thing is you did not even touch a drop of alcohol, you are just exhausted beyond the sober state of mind. This is the states of tired when people really begin to take action. they send you home from work because they do not think it is safe for you to even try and walk from your desk to the break-room. They send you home from school because you keep flopping around in your chair and distracting everyone. they notice that clearly you are intoxicated, thought they think it is form alcohol, is really from lack of sleep. If you are in this state of tired , I advise you go home, tuck yourself in and don’t get up until you have fallen asleep and slept for at least ten hours straight.

Thank you ( Let me know your thoughts in the comments below.)

Wishing you the brightest of days, Eva

I am a young and enthusiastic writer, fresh out of highschool and into college at IUSB. I babysit and work and live life to it's fullest. I write. I read. I do yoga. And plan to become. Yoga intructers as well. I grew up on a farm and can't,t wait to move back to the country in my tiny house I have already planned out. Sometimes I'm a little melodramatic but rarely. I'm a spiritual healer, a hopeless romantic, a book worm, and very nostalgic. Thanks for stopping by.
