Quote Corner

fbb023550156b3ff40eaaaf7345e436cThough it may often seem like it has become a race, we need to remember that life is not a race. We have nothing we need to speed through. We are not constantly late for the next event in our lives. We ought to take out time and savor each moment that we have before it is all over. If we rush, we me just get to the end quicker then others, but in this case… What prize would be your reward but an open grave? What we have now is all that really matters. Why look to the future with worry or keep your mind frozen in the past with regrets? Why feel yourself constantly pushed forward towards something you cannot truly imagine yourself wanting to be a part of. We only have this one life, and it is time we slow it all down, put on a slower song and smile as we dance an intricate dance with it. We will enjoy it all so much more if we do this and in the end, when we do face the grave we will face it with laughter still plastered on our lips.

-Wishing you the most slow and beautiful of days,Eva

I am a young and enthusiastic writer, fresh out of highschool and into college at IUSB. I babysit and work and live life to it's fullest. I write. I read. I do yoga. And plan to become. Yoga intructers as well. I grew up on a farm and can't,t wait to move back to the country in my tiny house I have already planned out. Sometimes I'm a little melodramatic but rarely. I'm a spiritual healer, a hopeless romantic, a book worm, and very nostalgic. Thanks for stopping by.
