Quote Corner

I don’t know about you but this is what I fear the most. I fear that I will constantly let myself be hurt by others and that I will be helpless in the face of others pain as well.

c4e2591a62613fba10b0c6e71c0a76d2 In the end, I don’t see what is to be feared in vampires or even lions and bears. For the wild animals will only attack based off of their instinct, their need to protect and their sense of territory or home. We on the other hand attack others based on a number of reasons many of which are not even logical in the sense of nature. I fear that. I fear the irrational and impulsive actions of people. I fear that  they will lash out with their poison and leave me slowly dying.I am deeply afraid of what real human beings consciously brings themselves to do to other human beings. And I don’t think I will ever come to terms with the fact that some people are  more than okay with inflicting harm on other people and creatures. That is what scares me most in this world: The hatred.
